Fees and Funding

Wendy our administrator sends out the terms invoice in advance which need to be paid as follows:

  Term 1 September - October 2025:

  Payment due 1st September 2025

  Term 2 October - December 2025:

  Payment due 2nd November 2025

  Term 3 January - February 2026:

  Payment due 5th January 2026

  Term 4 February - April 2026:

  Payment due 22nd February 2026

  Term 5 April - May 2026:

  Payment due 14th April 2026

  Term 6 June - July 2026:

  Payment due 31st May 2026

Hanborough Pre School accepts government funding for 2yr , 3yr and 4yr , please note you need advise  us of your up to date funding code in advance so that we can check your eligibility and this will need to be re-confirmed , please use the link below to see if you are entitled.

Early Education Funding (EEF) for 2, 3 and 4 year olds | Oxfordshire County Council

Fees for those not using government funding are : 

£26 per Morning / Afternoon session . 

£6.00 per End of day session 

Our Sessions are:

Morning: 8.45pm to 11.45pm 

Afternoon: 11.45pm to 14.45pm

End of Day: 14.45pm to 15.15pm

Voluntary Contributions :

Consumable Fee : £20 per term - a voluntary contribution toward cost of consumables & extra activities (spare nappies, wipes , baking/cooking supplies, gardening on our allotment - tools and seeds, extra curriculum enrichment sessions such as Dance sessions , Fox Cycling sessions and Music Workshops , optional but all are invited to celebrate special events such as Mothers & Fathers Day breakfast , End of Year Party , Easter Party , Christmas Party )

Snack Fee: 30p per morning or afternoon session attended - this is voluntary / optional 

PLEASE NOTE CHILDREN ARE REQUIRED TO BRING A HEALTH PACKED LUNCH AND WATER BOTTLE CLEARLY MARKED WITH NAME IF ATTENDING THE AFTERNOON SESSION 

Hanborough Pre School promotes a healthy lifestyle for all the children at the setting.

The snack café runs twice a day (one during each session). 

The children are offered a range of fruit or vegetables for their snack. Carbohydrates and other healthy snacks are also offered to the children throughout the week.

Children bring in their own water bottles filled with water that they have free access to throughout the sessions. Water and milk is provided during each snack session

Children who stay for lunch require a healthy packed lunch. We ask no chocolate or crisps within their lunchbox. Children will use their drinks bottles during this lunch session.

We are a NUT FREE setting. This also includes chocolate spread in sandwiches.

You can let us know on the registration forms and by speaking to a member of staff if your child has any food intolerances or allergies.
